Product returns policy reforms

* Purpose

In order to ensure the interests of consumers, improve the quality of after-sales service, Tra Phuoc Lac will support you to change the product or return the money to you. (But no refund shipping or delivery fee if applicable).

A – Terms of payment:

– Not the right type and model as you ordered.

– Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.

– External conditions are affected such as peeling, breakage occurs during transportation, etc.

– Unsatisfactory quality such as: expired, moldy, objectively damaged products within the scope of the manufacturer’s return, etc.

The maximum time to settle the return is within 24 hours, from the time Phuoc Lac Tea confirmed with the customer, received all the products + related documents. Note that you keep all documents when dealing with Tra Phuoc Lac staff for comparison when necessary. Keep the product 100% new as original to enjoy 1-for-1 policy or return in 7 days.

B – Regulations on exchange of goods:

– Products are RENEWED 100% within 7 days from the date of delivery if there is a manufacturer error, due to wrong delivery of the goods, the product is still in 100% new condition when delivered. Phuoc Lac Tea will deal with it in just 5 minutes right after confirming the product status with the customer.

– Products can be exchanged for OTHER equivalent products within 30 days if there is a manufacturer defect that cannot be immediately rectified or there is no equivalent replacement product, the product is in 100% new condition as original. head.

Phuoc Lac Tea will not accept exchange/return when:

– The product equipment is subject to wear and tear, loss of packaging.

– You want to change the type and model but do not notify in advance.

– You yourself affect the external condition such as tearing the packaging, peeling, broken, …

– You have checked and signed for the status of the goods, but there is no response within 24 hours from the time of signing to receive the goods.
