Nationwide delivery policy

In order to bring customers the most perfect service, Tra Phuoc Lac will support delivery nationwide, to all locations across the country when required by customers.

A – FREE SHIPPING: All orders in HCMC

– Free home delivery in inner city districts with a radius of up to 10km from Tra Phuoc Lac location with orders from 500k.

– Note: For orders under 500k, we do not support delivery fees. Please add the shipping fee as follows: Slow shipping costs 20,000 VND, fast shipping on the day charges 29,000 VND.

Time commitment: For orders placed in the morning from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, they will be delivered in the morning or afternoon. Orders from 13:00 to 16:00 will be delivered in the afternoon or the next morning. After 16:00, your order may be delivered the next day. Wish you sympathize !!!

B – FEED DELIVERY:

For orders in provinces and cities (other than Ho Chi Minh City), we usually charge an average of 30,000 – 50,000 VND / order. However, for complicated orders, we will contact customers in the most systematic way and deliver the goods through shipping units such as Viettel post, VN post, Fast delivery…
